We are still a small business so unfortunately we do not have a contact number however because of this we do try to answer all emails within a couple hours, no later than 24 hours.

*** SHIPPING ***

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Standard shipping is via USPS or Fed Ex. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery from the day of shipping. Packages going to PO Box addresses will sometimes ship by USPS Parcel post and this can take up to 14 business days.

Expedited/Priority Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery from the day of shipping

Interionational shipping is by USPS, 10-14 business days.

*** Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns are accepted within 7 days with Return Authorization only. Postage will be paid by buyer and will not be refunded. All Returned items must be unopened and unused, NO EXCEPTIONS. If items are found to be opened or used they will be returned to you at your cost. Shipping for exchanges will be at buyer's expense. Make sure to ship your product with tracking or confirmation. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit. Please do not send any goods for exchange OR return without authorization. All packages received without authorization will be refused. Please contact returns@scrappersmusthaves.com for authorization.

***PLEASE NOTE: All manufacture defects for Cricut, Glue Arts (Glue Glider Pro), Slice, and Sizzix products are to be returned to the manufacturer. These are policies per each manufacture request. Shipping for returns/replacements will be paid by the manufacturer.
